At Anco Equipment, we produce wing-top batch pasteurization tanks in various styles and sizes. Depending on the size, our tanks can process anywhere from 50 gallons/430 pounds up to 2,500 gallons /21,500 pounds of milk, at one time. Our vat batch pasteurizers costs less than half the price of an HTST system, are simpler to use and provide an easy access with the use of removable lids. This allows for easy cleaning and minimal maintenance. This line of wing-top batch pasteurization tanks have a dimple plate jacket designed to heat with glycol, steam, or a hot water boiler system.
